Loose-leaf binder (All homework is on worksheets that will be 3-hole punched)

Willingness to learn and put forth best effort.
Optional (however extremely
helpful):

Scientific Calculator

Sticky notes for corrections (I will give them one pack when school begins but they usually need more)

Ruler with inches and centimeters

Protractor

Compass for making circles
You will need:

Each
student should have a notebook for their subjects-preferably a 3-hole notebook.
·
White lined composition paper, preferably 3-hole, no "whiskers"
·
Blue
or black pen.

One (1) HARD COVER 3 ring binder (1˝ inch) with pockets inside the front and back covers.

One (1) Three- hole notebook (with perforated pages) to place in the binder and use for notes and homework.

Blue or Black pens (those 2 colors ONLY – replenish frequently)

Pencils/erasers (replenish frequently)

Portable pencil sharpener

Use Brown Paper Bags for book covers – or – buy LARGE SIZE paper book covers. NO BOOK SOCKS – they fit too tightly and break the book bindings on the 7th and 8th grade Science texts.

Colored pencils, crayons, and markers to keep at home. (We use color-coding as a study skill on some science assignments.)
